My flight was at 630am from Baton Rouge to Dallas. Flight was cancelled because "there was not enough flight crew." Flight delayed to 11am. I asked the ticket agent to put me on the earlier flight, he said that the flight was full already. I then watched the ticket agent give 2 non revs tickets to board the plane and not the paying customers who have been delayed and inconvenienced.

Flight from CLT to Gnv american decides to change planes to the smallest o t they own. About 15 people get bumped. So sorry its not our fault the airline wants to use smaller aircraft.
