Three and half hours late boarding, sit on plane for an hour before ***, pilots provide zero communication, no gate when we arrive, no staff to operate jet bridge when we finally get to gate. No gate agent to rebook filthy plane, no apology. No will never fly this airline again. Pilots maybe Uber will take you when this dog goes bust.

I was misdirected by check in agent from Terminal 2 at SFO (American's terminal) to International Terminal, but it should have been Terminal 1. I have difficulty walking so just missed the flight.
