I cancelled my appointment after being rescheduled twice. The first reschedule was for 2 weeks..

Ok, things happen. We can wait. The 2nd reschedule was for over a month at which point I lost my patience. I called to express my displeasure and check for any sooner availability.

The "receptionist" was curt, put off and rude before I was even able to begin the conversation. I'm very sorry to have put her out.. I hope when she works as a waitress in the near future after this terrible company goes under.. That somebody stiffs her on a tip!

Choke and die american air ducts.. I hate your face.

Charged my 90 year old granny 60 dollars to come over and spray the old filter. New ones are super cheap.

Wont stop calling her after i told them she has a little dementia. I seriously will go in there and f@$k stuff up if it doesn't stop.

This company called me FOUR TIMES on 1/15/15, even though I asked them not to call me again every time they called. Then they called me AGAIN the following day. I again told them to put me on their Do Not Call list and not to call me again.

They are trying to tell me that my furnace needs to be serviced again. They have NEVER serviced my furnace, nor have they done any work at my house. I am complaining to the FCC re the Do Not Call violations.

I would never do any business with someone who is as scammy as these people.

American Air Duct Cleaning came to our house a year ago and charged $350 for air duct and furnace cleaning. We had to change our furnace filters every FIVE weeks last winter - they were FILTHY.

We had another company come in yesterday for the same work - they took before and after photos, and indeed nothing had been done a year ago! There were little bouncy balls and things inside the ducts!!

Today I called "American Air Duct Cleaning" who now says they are "Fine Air Duct Cleaning" - the operator did not know anything about "American Air Duct Cleaning" - and told me they are BBB accredited. I cannot find them on BBB. This company is a total scam. Don't use them!!!

After being led to believe the services we needed would cost roughly $120-$150, our bill totaled $400. Coming home to this outrageously overinflated price clearly didn't sit too well with me. It only got worse when I inspected the "work" done. The technician who showed up used *our* last filter in the furnace and installed it improperly. He spoke broken English and couldn't properly explain to my girlfriend what the charges were on the bill. She asked him to show her how to light the fireplace (which he just "cleaned") and he had no idea.

I called the company and expressed my displeasure. The person I spoke with was very nonchalant about it and more than likely hears these complaints on a routine basis. She was of no help.

STAY AWAY from this company. Spend a little more on a company without all the coupons and discounts....it'll probably end up costing less when you're done!
