i just wanted others to know about rude rep. and to use caution as u cannot find a customer service contact anywhere online to complain to.

DO NOT DEAL WITH STEVE. J Had to have my first/last name but didn't give me his.

I was giving info. he said whoa I am not a stenographer slow down?? Ok, then I stated question was regarding reverse on property planned on purchasing out of state and that he probably wasn't licensed there. He said that's a huge assumption.

Ok, strike #2. He finally allowed me to ask my questions as I had stated I know things change, but I know basics as am retired loan officer. He then said well, I will give your number to my friend who is licensed in that state??? Couldnt pass it up so I said gee guess I was correct and didnt assume you are not licensed in that state.

Whoa did I get a word salad tongue lashing ending in you did make a huge assumption. I just said have a good day I shall be moving on.
