They closed my mothers account after opening for 1 month for no reason out of anger.
This company closed my mother account after been open for 1 month stating we cannot verify your identity. They did a Chex system and credit report.
All state and federal documents were submitted before account was opened.
After the son wanted to become a joint owner.
The management got upset and closed mothers account for no reason. See letters uploaded for review.
Preferred solution: Renew my mothers savings account and apologize
