Terrible company to work for

I work at Amerco and they cut my wages in half and also got rid of most of my benefits such as health insurance 401k and life insurance

REQUIRED BETTER SERVICE FROM TRAFFIC CALL CENTER

WHEN WE CALLED TO TRAFFIC CALL CENTER THE EMPLOYMENTS BEEN VERY STRESSFUL AND THEY ARE VERY IMPATIENT WE RECOMMEND TAKE A TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRAFFIC TEAM is led by Maritza WHO IS EXCELLENT WELL AS SUPERVISOR ADRIANA. BUT THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE'S PERMANENT CALL CENTER TO MEET WITH A are unwilling courtesy and kindness. BETWEEN THE POSITIVE THINGS ARE YOUR SPEED TO RETURN CALLS TO CUSTOMERS AND solving skills. HOWEVER, IN THE DAYS OF ACTIVITY much activity, listening skills and MANNERS greatly diminished. YOU SHOULD ATTEND THIS SITUATION AFFECTING THE GOOD QUALITY OF SERVICE UHAUL.
