Theft by deception
Rip off company, stay away. The remove all negative reviews from any social media that will let them. That's how they are rated 5 stars. They finally blocked me on FB. Ordered 3 on a promotional deal. One was dead on arrival. Bad phone number and e mail, by the time me I finally reached someone the refused to make it right. As it was past their return period. These people are rip off artists.

Dishonest Misrepresentation
Ordered a product on 12/11/20 through Facebook link. Company stated items would be delivered by Christmas. Received tracking info on 12/12/20. I Am actually ok with the fact the item did not arrive on time for Christmas, what I am not okay with is a company blatantly lying and blaming the issue on the USPS. Tracking information was strictly that the label had been prepared - no additional information provided. When I contacted the company they wrote a long email stating they can only give me tracking information that they are provided; that the USPS has not been updating any information lately, because of COVID (total lie). The tracking information now shows the item was actually taken to the USPS facility on January 5th. This company lied to people to make sales, stating items would be delivered by Christmas, then continued to lie to customers when they made inquiries about their package. I haven't received the item yet, delivery is expected 01/09. At this point I am concerned the product is crap. They immediately charged my credit card, getting funds immediately, and did not have a product available to ship to me for a month. Fraudulent. This company has no scruples in my opinion. I have read other reviews with similar situation. I will not do any future business with a company that misrepresents the facts. Customer lost.
