1/6/2020 - After numerous phone calls, our complaint has been moved to some other conflict resolution department WITHOUT resolution. All we are asking for is evidence / support as to why the charges are 10 times the norm and 10 times the amount of electricity that Pepco (Provider) said we used. The supply charges should be their rates multiplied by consumption which should tie exactly to the provider's numbers.STILL UNRESOLVED - stay far far a way from AMBIT energy

That’s why in Texas numerous electric companies exist solely in my state, not some “international” Scheme like ambit. Choose wisely with in your home state you’ll be happy
