Not very knowledgeable in the remote made by Ambient Tecnologies

in trying to explain my issue the tec on the other end told me to call my dealer and hung up on me. Very Rude and very unprofessional.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT If, I could have given them 0 stars I would have.
