Resolved: Bad Service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The salon's manager T O, invited me to come in and have my Pedi redone which I did today and was real pleased.
UPDATE...The manager invited back to get my pedicure redone and wind up getting who I think is one of their best nail technicians. Kris did a FANTASTIC JOB through the whole process. I assured him that I would update my review and let viewers know how well pleased I am and that I've made my appointment to see him again next month.
