Ripped off and mis lead

We are a sub contractor hired by ambia solar to both trim or remove any unwanted trees that infringe on the future solar installation. One of the many issues is some of the reps mislead the client and lie to us about what work actually needs to be done and we end up having to do much more work than originally bidded for or the client is unhappy because they were told more work would be done that we never put a bid in for.
The main reason for my negative review is that it has been well over ninety days since ambia has paid us on half a dozen jobs we did in late summer early fall. We have a business to run and this has put us in a very bad situation- not even getting paid in time for the holidays really hurt. Now we are being ghosted and given the run around on the phone.
All we want us to get paid per what jobs we completed as stated in our invoice. Im surprised theres been no legal action yet on this company.

I had solor installed and nothing but lies and geting a run around I am in process of finding a attorney that will take this case.
