Not happy
- - 600 reward points pending since July 2025 and not credited.
- - Multiple calls failed to resolve; wrong number (9841) given and no appeals option.
I have 600 points on my rewards program pending from July of 2025 and have not been completed that you have already received from my Dr. I need them completed so I can get money out on my card.
I've talked to over 10 people, called the number I was given by the representative and it says call a number in 9841 and it's says not applicated for appeals and grievances.
Last yr I was told I would have my points by December of 2025. Still haven't received them.
