I had an appointment scheduled for a rep to come out and assist me with bookkeeping tasks at my home office. The rep did not show, and I was ghosted.
Pros:
- Accommodating
- Communicative
- Responsive at first to my inquiriescraigslist ad
Cons:
- I called them got voicemail no response to my message
- Ghosted by the provider
- Provider did not show for appointment as scheduled
