I have sent an email to Amazon Slots. I wish to know why you will not accept my bus pass with my picture on it, which is issued by my council.
As I am 73 and my license has expired, I have never had a passport.
I can send pictures of both. When I sent the email, it came back as 'address unknown', so I don't know if my complaint was sent.
Preferred solution: Full refund
