Dear Amazon Pay Team,

On the day of 13/07/2023. I placed order on Coach Outlet for amount $198 USD website using my 2 debit cards ending with 7353 for 4 times and 7217 for 3 times.

I did multiple transactions because the merchant website indicated failed to proceed payment.

However these total 7 transactions had already been approved and processed by the bank.

My bank account had already been deducted the amount and these transaction are in pending status until now.

Please only allowed 1 time payment only for this transaction.

Besides, I still no even receive any order confirmation from Coach for my order status. The order from Coach is on hold now?

Please advise and reply my email as soon as possible, I'm really hope you can help me solve this problem

I'm disappointed with service of Amazon pay

Last month I paid my bill and money deducted from my account but bill is still pending and now they are giving me excuses but not refunding me and just giving *** excuses I'm very disappointed with the service and suggesting people not to use the app..

User's recommendation: They do not give any guarantees with your money and if money deducted they do not refund it so I suggest do not use such app.

Money debited 5th of june but account is not updated till 13th june.

I had chosen 5th of every month for the repayment of my 1929/- e m i of my loan

In the month of May i forgotten add funds,

Then i had paid online at 8th may but they have charged 590/- as bouncing charges.

In the month of june I had funds to emi repayment even EMI have debited on 5th june but in Amazon pay later not showing the transaction even IDFC first customer carer has confirmed that they have been received the amount 1929/- on 5th of June but now the IDFC first bank has sent me a message, u have a due of 1929/- pay it till 15th of June to avoid 472/- extra fees.

That's all so what should I do.
