Ripped in Thailand/online

Booked a speed boat transfer from Krabi Airport in Thailand to Koh Lanta. Prepaid 7500 bhat ($250 USD) through PayPal. Amazing Lanta, South On Line Travel, claimed a Mr. O would be waiting at the airport with a plaque and our names on it. They never showed. I have since attempted to email them and they basically told me to go to *** and stole the money. DO NOT PREPAY ANY SPEEDBOAT TRANSFERS ON LINE! It is easy to just arrive at the airport, ask to be taken to the pier to go to what ever island you wish. You simply pay there and it is very inexpensive too. These people are total cheaters.
