Gave me my car back in worse shape than when it was when I dropped it off.
- - Car was returned with new issues after service, and air intake was not reinstalled.
- - After belt replacement, a loud metal-on-metal sound persists.
Every time I dropped my vehicle off with a problem, I would get my car back with a new issue. There would be noises, parts of the car not put back on (they gave me my car back and didn't put air intake part back into car) I drove it a few miles before engine light came on.
I had my belts replaced and now my car has a very loud metal on metal sound every time I accelerate. I took this back to them 4 times for this issue and they still couldn't fix the noise. This was after paying over $2000.00 for work. One time I was charged for a part I didn't need.
I was told I would get a refund check. It took them 6 weeks to get my refund. Management sucks! Patrick will call you sir, ma'am, brother, buddy, partner, but he's trash.
He don't care once he's gotten paid.
