Poor Customer Service, Abandonment of Job

DO NOT USE AMAZASCAPES. We used Amazascapes for over 2 years for our lawn care and patio hardscaping, we actually recommended Paul Campbell, the owner to friends.

We had a project to have a path and stairs that go to our basement that Paul said he would be able to do for us hardscaping, stairs, lighting and drainage, he gave us a bid and then made us wait months before he was able to do this, he of course emailed us to ensure we would pay the deposit. We had our contractor in place upon his timing. Paul then pushed the date for over 1month week by week, stating because of rain and other conditions we needed to keep pushing the date, original date, mid-September, this was dragged out until mid-October. Meanwhile, we had to keep pushing off our contractor to put a door in the opening space and a family member moving in for a few months in that area, including purchasing furniture.

After pushing the date 4 times, he emailed us stating he would no longer be able to complete the work and needed to be more aware of people he was working with. We also paid an additional 4k for the door our contractor was going to be putting in. We received our deposit back and he actually took grass cutting out of the check. His billing is also constantly incorrect, you will get invoices for items already paid.

Not only would we NOT recommend Amazascapes and Paul Campbell, we are filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and potential lawsuit in small claims court.

Paul cares about his own timing, needs and not responsible for the client needs. Remember our story when he pushes for construction at your home.
