My exacerbating experience with Amaysim
I have been an Amaysim customer since 2011, and it used to be great, but recently it is terrible. I retired last year, and became an aged pensioner. I became finance conscious, so I decided to decrease my expenses. I changed my phone plan from the full unlimited plan to a less expensive one. However, the phone bills did not get cheaper. They increased. I found out that the toll free number that I used to call regularly was no longer toll free, and I was billed international rates; which, amounted to $100.00 a month and more. When I tried to talk to Amaysim about it, all that happened was frustration; even, through the online chat. There was a wait, sometimes for 30 mins on line. I still have not resolved the problem, and i am waiting for someone to get back to me. As a result, I have finally decided to move to another service provider where I will be getting so much more for just a little extra on my budget each week. With Amaysim I got 1.5 GB data, unlimited talk and text within Australia, and huge bills when I called internationally to a toll free number; which, was within my 10 countries allowed. Now, I will 12 GB data, unlimited calls and text within Australia, unlimited calls and text to the USA and Canada; which I did not get with Amaysim for just an extra $3.75 per week on my budget. Amaysim snooze and you loose. You had better start providing more service to your customers because right now it sucks Bobbi.B
