Mask requirements

Based on the new mask guidelines just emailed Today (11/13/21), can you please tell me if a KN95 mask that filters out 95% of particles, is acceptable? If not, what exactly constitutes a medical grade mask?? Thank you Diane Siranovic

Let customers know that AMA customer service is lacking

We booked our two person boat trip in April of 2021, for a trip in August/September 2022, Prague to Paris. Booking was through AAA. Exactly as I had booked with AMA. We wanted to fly Delta, out of Portland, Oregon, to Amsterdam, then to Prague. We waited for Deltas flights to open. We tried to book our flight a week after they opened, but were told no AMA Seats were avail able, though there are business class open. Thanks AMA, for supporting your returning customers. We will remember when be consider booking another.
