Been waiting on warranty replacement for over 6 months. The worst customer service.
At least15 emails with minimal reply
Damaged lounge had been arranged to be picked up today between 9 and 11.30, then it was 11 and 3pm, then 3 and 5pm...never got picked up.
Been waiting 6 months for replacement lounge.
