Worst Team to deal with

Do not buy! We bought 3 properties at AMAIA Steps Alabang from an agent called Jomes (Jomalee) but the person in-charge was Robin Nene. Robin was a smooth talker as any sales persons hence we bought 3 properties in total. But all promises were broken as time goes by and calls were not returned/ignored after nemerous attempt contacting him. We decided to cancel due to broken promises but as per AMAIA Customer Service they will only return less than 50% of total deposited amount (be mindful of this in case circumstances changes and decide to cancel). Also, if this is an investment like ours, you will be subject to Capital Gains Tax (CGT) even if your property is not built yet (AMAIA said because they already submitted to BIR). Unlike other developers if the property has appreciated, it will not subjected to CGT yet. I called Customer Service and sent a lot of follow-ups but either no answer on their hotline (even if you leave a message) or no reply on my emails. Very poor service. Not a good investment because buyer or seller will pay CGT. Unethical practice. Don't be fooled by sales talk. Walk away and invest somewhere else. All the best! User's recommendation: Ask a lot of questions (ask everything in writing). If this is for investment, Don't buy. Simply walk away.
