Don’t use him. It’s not worth the headache.
Bought a groupon for $30 basic steam clean service. Got talked into $200 more to have the best cleaning offered (yes, I’m a sucker) and he left my carpets with two huge brown out spots that took him two return visits and us a half a gallon of vinegar, a new steam cleaner and EIGHT rinses with our carpet cleaner to get them most of the way cleared up. Then we decided to clean another low traffic area to see what the deal was. The tank was pretty filthy considering we just had them professionally cleaned.
Pretty awful company. I tried to negotiate a return of At least a portion of our funds to sort of balance (and I mean not really at all) our trouble with this company. He has decided that there will be no return and that it’s not his responsibility . How that makes sense, I don’t know.
Don’t use him. It’s not worth it.

Please stay away from this business. I purchased a groupon gor $30.00 that included cleaning 3 rooms.
Now, the terms say that if the room is bigger than their standard or if there were ***, vomit there would be charges extra... the surprise was that the person gets there, very educated old man, he checks with ultraviolet ligt and cannot find anything out of normal and measures the ENTIRE ROOM and still below the size they ask for. The person couldnt justify it BUT still wanted to clean the 3 rooms for $225. Additional to the groupon I had.
I gave it the benefit of the doubt and mentioned that I had a groupon in case there was a misunderstanding and he affirmed that yes, the charge was additional. Stay aeay from them!

Not Green what so ever and a total scam!!!!

Me and my husband purchased a Livingsocial deal for a green clean at a fair price. The guy showed up in a old white rusty van leaking materials all over the driveway.
Then he came in and said we had to pay a additional $500 and we do not even have any pets. We decided to give them a shot and all backfired. He sprayed a chemical on the carpet that had a cover up odor and said if we did not spend another $199 to protect the carpet it would just fall apart after we just agreed to pay the extra $500. Worst job ever !!
Buyer Beware!! This is not even a company its a scam.
We just want our money back and they will not answer the phone. We checked the BBB they don't even exist nor have a business license .

I had the same issue. I bought a groupon for steam cleaning.
He called me and told me there may be extra charges for pet urine extraction, etc. I told him I just wanted steam clean. He then came out with an almost $400 charge for pet urine extraction, etc etc. I told him no.
I just want you to steam and suck out the dirty water. That's it. He came out and basically forced the "home restoration cleaning" stating it had to be done at the tune of an extra $130.00 or he could not do the job. I was not home but my teens were.
This "home restoration cleaning consisted of him spraying the carpet with a spray and then doing a normal steam cleaning. I could have sprayed the floor... I came home and was furious that I still had stains at the front entrance and through out the house. He was there 30 minutes or so to clean.
How can you clean carpets for a 3 bedroom house in 30 minutes? I got a refund from groupon and will fight the charge on my card b/c the cleaning was nothing better than a rent-able machine I could have done for $20.00 or falling on the carpet with a glass of water.....
