- - They offered a cheap vehicle that needs an engine rebuild.
- - Deposit is held until Monday with conflicting claims about the Mercury Villager.
They lied about vehicle and about my deposit. They said the deposit was fully refundable immediately, but they are holding it for a few days now.
They said the vehicle was certified to not need any major repairs. It needs an engine rebuild. Also one of the guys was very rude and condescending about getting my deposit back and about my price range for a vehicle, saying you only get cars that need repairs for that price.
But the salesman had guaranteed it didn't need any. There was also zero transmission fluid in it and we drove it like that!
Alvarez Auto Sales should be ashamed of themselves! They tried to sell me a vehicle that will need an engine rebuild for my financially challenged pregnant daughter and her babies because it was inexpensive.
They lied and are holding my deposit till Monday.
They also just said for that price you only get a fixer upper, but last night they said it was certified to not have any major problems. Don't trust these guys and don't buy the Mercury Villager!
