GO TO THE ER!! THIS PLACE WILL OVERCHARGE BIG TIME!!
First off this should be illegal for billing as if you're a hospital and insurance companies should reject companies like this. I have United Healthcare which is very good coverage if not the best.
WRONG!! You will pay for your ER copay. Then 20% of the bill since they charge as if it were a out of patient visit. PLUS the doctor bill!!
Just to have a minor issue looked at! So far I've had to pay $1600.00 and yes United Healthcare already paid 80%.
WAY WAY WAY OVERCHARGED!
I personally do not want other getting ripped off, so go down the road to Baylor. You'll be glad you did!
