SCAM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND IGNORE YOU
- - Charged $89 before approval despite promise not to bill until approved.
- - No response to cancellation/refund emails; reports filed; chargeback pending.
I purchased the glp1 injections and per their advertisement they weren't supposed to charge me the $89 until after I was approved. They charged me anyways for this and refuse to answer my emails and messages regarding cancelation and refund for this.
I have reported them to rhe bbb, ftc, trust pilot and now on here. I can't file chargeback because the transaction is still pending and if they do end up taking the money that's when I can file it.
They better refund this or else I'll take further legal action. They had no right to take my money
