Complain on how I was treated

When I arrived, the cashier was nice, but we had one question, which was why we needed to buy socks when we already had socks. The general manager, who is the rude one, came over, and we asked him why we needed the socks when we already had socks.

His response was very rude, and he walked away and whispered. I told him there was no need to whisper; he could say what he had to say. The general manager then yelled whatever he said at the top of his lungs, so I tried to get his name. He walked away and hid in a room.

None of the employees would give me his name.

I feel like that was very unprofessional, and he threatened to call the police on us. This location is the Altitude in Coral Springs, Florida.

You are telling others not to go, but meanwhile you want at least 2 free outings there for yourself and your family! How selfish!

You have to buy their special socks which cost a WHOPPING $3 if your own socks don't have rubber grips on the bottom. Good job ruining your family's day because you chose to act like a donkey's behind. You don't deserve an apology or any free jump time.

I feel terrible for your kids. Do better.

You realize that business is a franchise ? Their socks are safety socks with non-slip protection.

If their policy is you buy theirs, you do or leave. You don’t run your mouth. He walked away from you because you were not welcome. Two free visits?

Apology? One or both of the people who dealt with your nasty self were more than likely hand-picked by the owner.

So bring your worst. Hope your family forgave you for ruining their outing.

Don’t buy the membership - RIPOFF

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My family has paid $36 a month for our family for almost two years. I have a 13 year old, 11 year old, and a two year old.

We might go 6 to 8 times a year.

Today (Friday) 3/7/25 at 2:00 pm my boys are out of school, so my wife took my family and one of my sons Friend, which she was going to pay for. When she got there the manager informed her that she had the basic plan and it didnt cover Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and she had to pay over 120 for an hour.

Not very good business given the fact that weve spent over $800 dollars over the course of close to two years, plus the video games, food, and the Iceys.

My wife immediately canceled the membership!!! Read the fine print!

Membership Charge

Original review updated Jan 15, 2025

I signed up for a monthly membership for my 2 little ones. You have to pay 3 months in advance which is fine.

I pay 3 months in advance in Feb, get charged a monthly fee ever since March. We moved and I tried to cancel several times, called/sent emails, etc.

and still almost a year later i am still being charged. I have tried blocking the transaction with my bank, changing my card number...somehow they still seem to charge me.

We were called racist and asked to leave the Gulfport Altitudes because my daughter was wearing this shirt. The manager, Steven, called us racist repeatedly and insisted that we leave.

Refund for party

Altitude Trampoline Park - Refund for party
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

I reserved August 3 for my daughters 3rd birthday party and was informed after the 100.00 cash deposit if we had any change in plans we would be able to cancel and receive full refund, I went into the establishment to cancel and receive full refund per honored statement from your employee and was denied with no refund and the cancellation of my daughters party. Now we have no funds to do otherwise. Im praying you find it in your heart to honor the verbal agreement and please refund the 100.00 so my daughter can at least get some cake and presents.

Tried to call and cancel my membership and they said I have to COME IN to cancel it... first off it's 2024 everything is electronic all they should have to do is push the cancel button and second I moved an hour and a half way and don't want to make that trip just to cancel a dang membership.

All I need them to do is cancel my membership. That's all.

I'm very confused why that has to be such a difficult thing ... Oh wait they just want my money they dont care about my business.
