Altitude sports after back and forth emails, with huge delays and nobody being able to help over the phone, has finally accepted to refund me. They tried to offer altitude dollars but i wanted a refund or replacement.

They agreed to a refund and stated that they have sent me a return label. They didn’t.

I answered them requesting that they actually send one and it’s been over a week no reply. My issue has not been resolved

Hi, I was asked to reply to an email with photos of the product. I immediately responded. I emailed a second time and still no news. Its been over a week.
