When you hire Altitude Contractors you get great lip service. Aside from the stair rail remodel disaster, they were to make an awesome custom made iron hand rail. When they discovered it was to short they installed it anyway. But wait, there's more. Not only was it mounted into the drywall & not the studs, they used the wrong mounting screws. After months of trying to get them to either make it right or return my $, I've had enough.
