Altig International - AIL Tennessee
WONDERFUL COMPANY!!
Do the company a favor though. Before you respond to a craigslist add and schedule a interview, RESEARCH the company...stop waisting your time and theirs. It's common sense that if you google AIL you will see insurance which = sales! It's not rocket science! Sorry to the unhappy ex-employees, you shouldn't of been hired, or you shouldn't of taken the job, they give you every possible opportunity to say "no, I don't want this job" Geez, its a 3 step interviewing process! Where they make sure your okay with investing in your license, working full-time...they even make sure that you discuss the opportunity with your family!!!
You have to have to be the right fit, I am, and I'm doing amazing here...thank you for the opportunity AIL!

If this is a sales position, that should be noted, up front, in the job listing. In what world is it realistic to do "the company a favor" - people are applying to work, and if the job description is not transparent, that's a red flag.
If someone is not "a right fit" (whatever that's supposed to mean"), then it's incumbent on the company not to proceed with the hire, and the onus should not be on the hiree, who likely has little idea of what they may be getting themselves into. Your review here is unprofessional, and if it's representative of the attitudes of the people that "thrive" at your company, I can only imagine the *** that a consumer who signs up for one of your insurance products must go through. Your review pretty much seems reflective of a high pressure sales tactic. It likely reflects the training that you've received, and the culture of the work environment.
Hard to google AIL if the only named dropped during the Zoom is Altig. That's pretty shady, and lacking in transparency. Red flags all around, for prospective candidates, as well as the consumer who purchases your products. What world do you live in, in which a job seeker is expected to "do a favor for the company", that they don't even work for?
Your job listings are vague, and this smacks of a pyramid scheme. If the job listing and job title does not accurately reflect the reality of the position, that reflects poorly on the company, not the candidate.
Your review demonstrates shallow thinking, is condescending, and mean spirited. Again, if you're representative of someone who does well at this company, your review is all the more reason that any level headed, honest, empathetic person should steer clear of doing any sort of business with your organization, as an employee (more likely 1099 independent contractor, which is also not disclosed in the job listing), or as a consumer.
