Something happened to this company
- - October 2025 order used a WANHUB-linked tracking number; no movement after delivery.
- - Refund issued after a dispute; package never arrived.
ordered mid 2025 and had no issues, but then ordered oct 2025, received tracking with a weird number ive never seen before, and when i google it goes to WANHUB. had no movement past delivered to carrier for weeks, eventually got refund after i threatened a dispute.
never got the package. do not order from this scam company.

- - Ordered five QIT 3mg from POUCHEW; shipping upgraded and a free Juice Head 6mg sample.
- - Most cans dried out; only wintergreen usable.
I placed an order through a website called "POUCHEW" where they sell a variety of nicotine pouches. Wanting to try a different brand other than the ones you'd normally find in brick-and-mortar stores, I selected five containers of "QIT" in 3mg.
The business upgraded the shipping from standard to priority and even included a free container of Juice Head 6mg. This is about the nicest thing I have to say about them.
Immediately upon opening one of the containers, I noticed the pouches were completely dried up. Thinking I may have received just a single bad product, I tried another container. Then another.
Every can except for the wintergreen flavor and horrid Juice Head sample were a year over the manufacturer's date.
I tossed them out since they were pretty much unusable.
Since I couldn't find much about this company on Google, I did an address search which led me here. Seems like they may be operating under multiple names.

I received a vape that wont turn on or do anything even with turning on. I have emailed several times, tried calling several times and even sent a message on instagram but have not heard a response.
I need something to happen here to satisfy the order I made! Any place around here would have either refunded me or replaced the vape that is malfunctioned.

I've ordered many times from alternativepods.com not alternative_pods.com & customer service has always been awesome. I was unhappy with one purchase & they sent me a replacement.
Also ordered a vape & with in 24 hours the coil burnt up & they also quickly replaced it. Not even convince store do such!
Saving money makes me happy & the fact that they're just awesome makes purchasing from alternative pods even better! Sorry for those who have had a awful experience with them me myself they've been amazing!

- - Original site says no account; new site shows account and orders.
Nothing has happened at all. BOTH sites remain silent, even as to ignoring my request of all data they have stored on me, per both Federal and Calif.
State law. Honest companies don't need to hide and simply ignore legal requests. Silence is golden, or at least it will turn $golden$ for me after I file complaints with both Federal and State agencies.
They won't be the first or last companies I've knocked down to size and made them wish they had simply complied with my requests. This 'gnat', as they obviously see their customers is really a fire-breathing dragon, a *fact* they will soon learn the hard way.Again, to all, something very fishy happened with them and you would be well-advised to steer very, very clear of both alternative-pods.com and alternativepods.com.
On 02/07/23 I received an email stating their site had been hacked and referring me to alternative-pods.com as their replacement site. Boith sites now appear online, with identical logos, layouts, etc and both are located in the Bensonville, IL area. I wrote to the original site, alternativepods.com regarding my account and order and they told me I didn't have an account with them, despite the fact they had already filled my order before the *** date. So, I checked the new site, alternative-pods.com and found my account and complete order history there.
Something wasn't right, so I contacted alternative-pods.com and asked that my account be deleted and, in accordance with the Privacy Act, they send me a copy of all info they had associated with my account. I received no response. I wrote them again, no response. I wrote a third time, still no response.
At the same time I kept getting daily unsolicited email ads from them, all of which violated the CAN-SPAM Act by not providing any "unsubscribe" info or links. So, I wrote them again, this time a CEASE AND DESIST to comply with my earlier requests and to stop the unsolicited ads. Again, total silence. Something very fishy occurred.
Two identical sites with the original site saying they had no account for me, despite my having ordered from them for years and the new site, which had all my private info, yet refuses to comply with or even acknowledge any of my requests. There is obviously a total mess there, and I would advise anyone to steer completely clear of both sites.

They are marked now as courier fraud company and any shipment out from their postage label gets flagged. So UPS will confiscate items no tracking update after awhile.
They won't return to seller nor send to ur address.
They will ship it to a third party to disposal of the items. You will see if you open a claim with the courier service.
