Fraudulent loan practices (predatory in my opinion)
Jason Konior and his Ponzi scheme, in my opinion, should be ashamed of what they are perpetuating with honest, hardworking business professionals. I fully intend to continue to pursue our grievance daily until justice is found.
Bait and switch, to say the least. Then he tries to blame it on rogue employees. If that were the case, he would have stood behind the legally signed documents to make it right, which he did not! Be sure to look him up.
Lots of previous past legal issues to find. Run, don't walk away if you get a call from Alternative Funding Solutions or any new company Jason Konior may try to hide behind. He is the root of the problem from the research I've done!
I have no expectation of recouping my losses. This public review is solely written to protect others from the same consequences of trusting Jason and AFS and hoping the legal system puts a hard stop to their malicious actions.

They approached me saying they would give me a line of credit of $497,000 and charged me a fee of $19,700 on September 6, 2024. They made me take out a reverse loan and left me with payments that I couldn't afford.
But like other complaints, the line of credit was not approved, and they just told me to wait.
They are an unethical group that puts many business owners in trouble with the same fraudulent practices. Where should the people who made all these complaints be compensated for their damages?

Company promised me a 375k line of credit after getting me on the books with 150k short term loans MCAs. They said after 30 days their investor will see the payment history and pay off all the debt because of good standing.
They sent me paperwork for the line of credit and I signed it so I thought it was all legit. Come to find out its just a fee sheet. After 30 days I contacted them and they kept ignoring my calls!
Jay K and Vinny (if thats their real names) promised if I paid the 15,000 line of credit fee that the line of credit would be saved for me at 30 days and the 15,000 returned. I already followed up with my attorney, do not work with this company!

These places will always exist because let’s be honest, if you (or anyone) were able to secure financing at Chase, Wells Fargo or similar you would have.
Speak of what you know, Not what you think you know. The legal system needs to put an end to this type of predatory lending. Remember they called me.
