Doesn’t work -no help

First step is to try up down maneuver but it will not do that. As soon as it is inches off the ground it makes a hard right and crashes to ground. There is no help number to call. Very expensive but no way to get help or return it. I tried sending emails but never got any answers! Please do NOT BUY THIS DRONE. You have been warned.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After initial review the company immediately responded and replaced damaged aircraft..

After two months and less than 10 flights of owning a drone, the drone and controller lost connection with each other and the aircraft crashed. I emailed Altair aerial and got a response from Matt Cookson. Through a series of emails I have explained to him that it needs to either be repaired or replaced and he refuses to respond to my emails.

User's recommendation: Don’t waste your hard earned money!
