Alstrasoft ripoff

I also purchased the expired domain script 2015 by alstrasoft.com they installed it and it didn't work at all, they just blamed me for causing a failure within the script, surely I could change the title and footer and add a bit of content, and refused to give a refund, just plain theifs!! beware of alstasoft and don't buy their bug scripts! Also they don't reply to messages left, just post your complaint on their facebook page - good idea to let others know. Avoid at all costs, unless you will lose your money to a worthless expired domains script, alstrasoft.com has a lot of promises they don't keep, if they were here in nz, they would've been in court and charged with fraud - as they should be! beware beware beware

Groupon Clone mobile site repair

We hadn't noticed until recently, as we don't order by mobile, however our mobile site's register button didn't work. We were in a panic as we had received many complaints and found them to be true. I contacted Ken Young at sales@***.com and he resolved the issue quickly and affordably. We had received quotes ranging from a complete rebuild of our website to $450, however Ken was able to resolve the issue the same day for $95. After the register button was fixed, and we had paid the $95, we found that the drop down window for cities didn't work and Ken saw to it that it was fixed also. Based on this, I would recommend Alstrasoft.

AlstraSoft Scam, No technical knowledge, price quotes to cheat your money, Not from USA

Alstrasoftin their official website states that they offer customization work, and clone softwares at cheap prices. What it offers is too good to be true, and it is. After many conversations through email with them, i find that they are only into making and cheating money off from the so-called services that they offer. Usually i have also contact other web builders, and they handle questionnares professionally. Alstrasoft however, does not seem to have much technical knowledge. They try to get information or ideas off from the users during conversations in emails. For esample, quote from him in my email "Do you have the free script at (company)so that I can check the system structure and evaluate on the work required for the custom design and integration into the system?". You can see that he is a scam, and pretending to want to diagnose enquiry, and ripping off info from users, like me. The website seems to be a one-man show, it seems it is always the same person contacting me by the name ?ohn Ross, i believe this is a fake name of course. He seems to be very free replying my emails on weekends, and every few hours. How efficient! Even sales departments or company employees need a rest. It seems he's working from home in this personal business of his. Very much different from the company business portrayed in the website, as though there is a team and proper business running. After my last email to support@***.com, i asked where he's from, which country? I did not receive any reply. I'm from south east asia, and the timezone here is at least 8 hours apart from USA, but he replies in just 2 hours. Seems like he is from my timezone, Not USA/canada. Do not be suckered by this website Alstrasoft.

I made a complaint report at pissedconsumer about alstrasoft. You can checkout others consumers at this website, exposing alstrasoft as well.

There is no way i will say "Try Wroupon script..

It is great." when i has reported about their fraud and scam! Because alstrasoft stole my password and put in that comment.

#679101

I have also informed alstrasoft about pissedconsumers.com, and www.complaints.com (before i knew they were scam and fraud). It seems they accessed the websites that i informed them (i think they did not know about this website previously).

And put comments saying good things about alstrasoft, and himself is alstrasoft.

Even voted *** because he didnt like me telling the truth and exposing his website. Go google, check sitepoint.com or anywhere, everyone is complaining and exposing his fraudulent website!

The owner of Alstrasoft logged into pissed consumer using my id, jamesmj (i use the same id and password in alstrasoft & pissedconsumer as well). So now the dishonest criminal alstrasoft checked my password at their website and trespassed using my identity into pissedconsumer. I have changed my password now. There wont be another contradictory reply by jamesmj anymore because that is prove that alstasoft owner stole my identity. And posted this at comment:

Outdated alstrasoft script not working, no support, no refund

I purchased the startpage script from alstrasoft. At first, the script was not working at all, I couldn't install it. That was because the script is not compatible with php5 (php5 was out on 2005!) I contacted the developer and after some changes made by him, I could access the admin. Then I discovered that all files are from 2007, not updated since then and 50% of the modules are NOT WORKING. I asked the developer to solve these problems, but after 15 days with no answer in their ticket sytem, I asked for a refund. - Not compatible with php5 - Modules not working - Outdated script, all files are 5 years old, even if the site says: Last Update: Jan 01, 2012 - No support (15 days without any answer in the ticket system). not to mention that: - The script use an old js library 400kb long impossible to load for slow connection. - The poorly written code create a mysql row for every visitor even if it is not a member, so after a few days mysql is killing the server. Now the billing is handled by swreg (another bunch of crooks), so the emails are being forwarded from swreg to alstrasoft and to me, but they never refunded.

I purchased their E-Friends and Fiverr Clone scripts. The Fiverr Clone is a Free script available from PHP Valley.

I paid Alstrasoft $89.00, US for that. The E-friends would not install and I had to hire a programmer to fix it. I paid $99.00, US for that. Both of these purchases were made in 2013.

I tried to contact Alstrasoft about these issues, and now I am blocked from their chat. They only want to talk about selling their bogus scripts. After you buy, they do not want to hear from you again. They offer no support whatsoever.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are a fraud.

Http://alstrasoft.com - AlstraSoft Expired Domains Pro

Http://alstrasoft.com - AlstraSoft Expired Domains Pro
Through Google, I came across the web site of Alstrasoft at http://www.alstrasoft.com. This review is about AlstraSoft Expired Domains Pro. ***** Beware, this company ALSTRASOFT is a SCAM / FRAUD. Software they sell does not work. ***** I was looking for a script to search for expired domains (domains where the owner lets the domain expire without renewal). It's an interesting little business model and the description of the software matched my needs. After purchasing the software, I found out first of all that all the software does is to download a list of expiring domains from another web site. Well, already this was a disappointment. However I thought I would still give it a try. After trying it out on three different hosting environments, I did not manage to get the script to work. I have installed over 100 Wordpress, Joomla, PostNuke, etc. blogs in my life and I know my way around a little. The program doesn't work because it seems to be old code, no longer compatible with PHP5 to the full extent. After I contacted Alstrasoft to request a fix, they kept me waiting for a month. I then requested a refund as the software was useless and this was ignored. Since then, they occasionally respond back to me saying that they would like to look into it. Never happened (another month has paassed). If this article can keep you from falling into the trap of purchasing software from Alstrasoft, I would be happy, as it was then worth the time for me to write this review. The software I purchased and that never worked (apart from describing features in a misleading way)is: AlstraSoft Expired Domains Pro Take care, Titus Hanke

same happend to me script is not working and no support

Lets get this straight - you wanted to get involved in a business that takes advantage of other people, and you ended up getting taken advantage of?

Domain owners fail to renew for whatever reason, you grab the domain and then you charge them an arm and a leg to get the domain name back that their business is based on? Or you find a clever name, pay 15$ for it and charge someone else a mint to get it?

I'm glad the software didn't work out for you, bud. Besides, if it was as easy as buying some software to get up and running preying on others, everyone would be doing it.

Learn how to code and do it yourself. Otherwise, you're like the guy that takes a hot stock tip from someone else and cries when they lose money in the market. There are a reason there are successful traders on Wall Street, and high-end coders making money on the net: They're smarter than you.

@PissedConsumer210053

Sorry but you are all wrong... I bought this to offer a service to my visitors and you don't earn money on that. Maybe you should study how these things work before making these kinds of statements as it appears you have very little clue of what you are talking about
