I brought my husband's white tax/jacket to be cleaned which we just purchased at Express Store. My husband just wanted to fresh it up a little, and when we came back to get it, it had stains that weren't there before. They took it back to redo it. Next time we came back, they cleaned those, but had two new greasy stains on the front. So they took it back to clean it again. Third time I went there, the jacket had new stains moreover water marks all over the back, sleeves, and the front!! So the cleaning guy told me that there's nothing they can do about it, and it's all because fabric is defected!!! I was shocked! After long time arguing theY took the jacket back and said they'll try it again. When I cam back for the fifth time, the got rid of those, but had 3 big yellow stains on the front. So the cleaning guy called his owner who said that those stains can not be removed and theY were there from the beginning. Again, I was in shock. I needed this tax for the wedding which was two days later. And the cleaning guy told me that they will not going to do anything. I argued with them more.... finally, we came to an agreement if they can't clean those up, they will refund money that I spend on the jacket which was $150. The jacket wasn't ready for the wedding which we had to spend another $70 to rent one. I came back the day they told me and found another stain on the front. The owner refused to clean it. He told me that he already spend too much money and time on me and he also told me if I come back, he will call police because I complained about his work!!! « Hide

HORRIBLE DRY CLEANERS!
I had a $200 bedspread cleaned at this cleaners. The first time I went to pick it up, it had a long mark like a water or burn mark that wasn't there when I took it in. They offered to clean it again & said it would be ready the next day. I called the next day & was asked to wait until later that day so the bedspread could dry. That evening I went to pick it up & the bedspread was ruined! The leaves were now gold instead of green, burgundy flowers were pink & pink flowers were choral! I refused to take it & the next day took a sham to them to show the difference. I was asked to wait until Monday morning until the mgr was there. On Monday I was told they weren't responsible & that it was the threads on the spread that were bad even though the first time they cleaned it, the flowers were fine. The mgr refused to give me the owner's name & when she called him back, he also refused to talk to me. They offered to clean the pillow shams to see if they could ruin them to match the bedspread!

Exactly WHAT is a "tax" jacket? I've heard of "tux" but that's spelled with a 'u'..not an 'a'.
