I ordered an extra large mens jacket. The jacket I received was so small it seemed more like an x small. It was slightly tight for my wife who wears a lady's small jacket. I paid $64 for the jacket but Alpha Outdoors only refunded $40 stating that they would have to charge me for a "refund fee". They said I should be OK with this because I get to keep the jacket. What good is it to me to keep something that I can not wear? They didn't offer to exchange it for another jacket either. They suggested that I sell the jacket or donate it to a charity. Do not order anything from his company!!!!!!!!!!!! Tony
