My wife gave me a Commander smart watch for Christmas. After one week of daily wear the finish was wearing off the band.
When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do for me. They did tell me I could buy a new watch band.
Recently the watch would not charge.
It is now a completely dead and I have yet to receive a response from customer service. Absolutely the worst product and company ever!
