Incorrect charges on my card
I have ordered and received two bottles one of Alpha Femme G factor and one of Alpha Femme Keto G as an offer of "free" samples for a modest $4.99 each. I haven't opened the bottles or tried the product as upon researching the active ingredients they were of such low concentration that no effect was to be expected.
My main complaint is that without my knowledge or informed consent, I was now "subscribing" to the tune of USD 128.25 a month to their product.
I was charged for the initial "free" samples and for additional product that was not even received.
The only way to qualify their business practice is to call it a scam. I am still fighting these charges, and I am unsure if I can resolve it.

Too many attempts to charge my credit card for different products and different company name!
THESE PEOLE ARE IGNORANT, RUDE AND OUT TO RIP OFF WHO EVER DONT PAY ATTENTION! Ive had 2.
Fraud alerts on my credit card in the last 3 days, first one was a company Ive never heard of trying to buy me a product Ive never heard of with my own credit card, went thru the process to unrestricted credit card just to have them do it all again from the original companys name 2 days AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY PROVIDED ME WITH A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SISTER COMPANYs ,,, Better yet DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOLE YOUR CREDIT CARDMUMBER EVER!

Scammed
Went for a sample in August. They took £3.99 from my account.
Never got the sample. Then £100.93 pence taken from my credit card. The bank reimbursed initially as I didn't recognised the transaction. However in December they took back the money as the company complained.
I phoned the company and they said they would reimburse me but so far nothing. After seeing the complaints will go back to my bank.

Charging me for a subscription I never signed up for
I initially tried to order the "free" bottle plus shipping of the Alpha Femme Keto Genix and when ordering I was very careful not to subscribe to anything including auto-renew. I still have not received the initial bottle I was charged shipping for in August - it says it was delivered, but it may have been knicked by one of my neighbours in the apartment complex.
I was charged $180 on my credit card in September under another product name, and again another $170 October 2020, again under another product name. I called to dispute and cancel a membership I never signed up for. I was conveniently cut-off during the first call after I refused to sign up for an additional 50% off if I stayed. I called back again in which I had to listen to the whole speech again and upsell so they could continue to charge my card.
I was finally emailed forms to ask for refunds of the orders I never placed - which I needed order numbers for!
- and submit them for evaluation. I can't even give this company a rating!

Its a scam.
I had placed an order for a trial order and they started charging big amount from my credit card without my knowledge. When I called them they sent me forms to fill and send to them.
I did that but did not get any confirmation.
I checked the status and then I found it that it was rejected. Its a scam and a legal investigation should be done on this company for taking the money out of people's account without their knowledge.

Obscure advertising and loss of money-NO REFUNDS!!!
I ordered a month's trial of Alpha Femme Never, for supposedly for $4.99 and was charged that plus they hacked my bank account for another $319.16!!! I was told by one person said to fill out a refund and wait 10 days which i did. After ten days I phoned to get a person reading a text that there are no refunds and he hung up on me!!!
The product doesn't work and I am out a lot of money!!Horrible and a scam!!!

The same happened to me . I was told on Aug 21st that a refund to my card would show up in 5 to 15 days.
The refund hasn't shown up so I called. READ THE TERMS. Where they pertaining to refunds or cancelations . NONE TO BE FOUND?????
They are the winners and I'm the loser.
No wonder, why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. " READ THE FINE PRINT" Where is it ??

This company OFFERS FREE Trial products on ONE Condition:
You pay for shipping of their product (limited time offer).
No sooner you receive the item, YOU ARE BILLED $150 for each item.
When you complain and ask that you want to know the reason, they say WE WILL CANCEL and send you an RMA Number and shipping label.
NO Shipping label arrives, but you receive an RMA number. No amount of calls or emails to support@***.com can resolve this. FINALLY they CLAIM " Your 30 Days limit has ENDED"
