Damaged product and zero customer service.
We ordered a straw hat online, and it came completely crushed because of the way it was packaged. I reached out to the company twice during business hours and got voicemail.
I emailed them, live chatted and received no response. I will have to dispute this charge with my credit card company since they will not help.

Order # 253803 - Damaged
I received part of this order (straw hats) on 7/20/24. The package was dropped off at my home in a damaged condition while I was on vacation.
I returned home three days after the delivery. I took the package to the post office with the intention of refusing the package due to the damage. I was informed by the postal clerk that it was sent via Postal Select, which does not pay for returns to the sender. I have been trying to get in touch with someone about this issue since 7/24/24.
I have called, left messages, and sent numerous emails to customer service.
I need a return label for the damaged package. I also need the rest of my order to be resent as soon as possible in better packaging to prevent damage to the straw hats.

No response from customer service
I ordered a hat. It was delivered crushed and out of shape and not wearable (had no idea the entire front part of the hat was made of a pretty stiff rubber).
Called - only got voice mail.
Emailed three times - no response. Sad.

Purchased a watch. Failed after a few weeks. Customer service is answered by recorded message saying they will get back to you in 24 hours. Never happens. Don’t waste your money with a company whi.
Quality of product. Customer service non existent.

Refund
I placed on order for a bullet antenna and 3 face covers and was supposed to receive a free gift since I bundled my order. Was shipped the wrong antenna and no free gift.
Returned my order for a full refund. My order was 40.57 and my refund was only 32.03.
Was told that I had to pay for return shipping. Looking on there site I saw where if they made a shipping error which they did. That I would get a full refund.
Have tried calling no return phone call. I know it is not that much money it s just the principal behind it.
Is just makes me angry. I really think that I should get my full refund.

My watch didn’t work…
I tried many times to get the watch to work, following the directions provided. I
Tried to reach customer service which was also frustrating & on top of that I was a day late & told they wont refund my money since I was contacting them a day beyond the 14 day defund period, that is terrible, thinking this is suppose to be a reputable business & product.
I am so sorry I did business with Alpha Gear
