Package
FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house, with a picture to show that it is the wrong house. They told me to call you and have you guys start an internal investigation to either give me a refund or find the package.
Please help; I am an avid customer of ALOHA Collection. Mahalo.

I need to know when the package will be received. None of that information has been forthcoming.
Please let me know if I should cancel my order or how long I will be waiting.
I ordered it for a birthday present, which I dont think looks like at this point, receiving on-time communication would be nice. If you cant fulfill your orders, you should communicate with your customers, just saying.
