Pick up was 20 minutes late and the tour guide did not apologize, he was just rude. Their pick up service was very disorganized, they had hard time finding everyone.
It took a whole hour before we got out of Waikiki. Once out of Waikiki he started making jokes (not funny) and talked about his life and all about himself and not about the places. I don’t think he knew much about Hawaii as a tour guide and he probably is not from Hawaii even. He seemed to be one of those “wanna be comedian” and he just kept talking the whole day and it was not good.
He did not give any information about Dole Plantation or any other places. He didn’t seem to know much about any places he was taking us. This is definitely not a tour guide with any training. This was just a driver.
He finally brought us to Turtle Bay Resort as I saw the sign and he said this is the turtle beach and he gave us about 45 minutes for swimming and I did not see any turtles so I asked the tour guide and he said “Maybe today is not the day for them” and he tried to talk about something else. I have found out that Turtle Bay Resort is the name of the hotel and it is not where the turtles are. The actual turtle beach in north shore is called Laniakea Beach and they do not go there. I have asked an activity desk clerk at my hotel and they told me this company gets a lot of customers for advertising "Swim with Turtles" but they are lying.
I tried to call the company next day and Corey was very rude and unprofessional. They lied on their advertising about swimming with the turtles and they are not sorry as they already have my money.
