Keeping the rent deposit
The manager of the renting business kept the deposit after i moved out. I met all the conditions agreed upon, giving 30 days notice, cleaning the space and leaving it in pristine condition, paying extra for the difference in price for short term renting vs long term. I already filed a complaint at the Better Business Bureau, but she fed them with false and incorrect info and they have no way of dealing with that. It is not the first time she has done it. found out it. information
User's recommendation: Stay away from renting anything from Amelia Matera 's aloha abode, or fresh abode renting companies
