ALO audio, 32 OHM, cypher labs

I have never before had such horrible customer service. I had two transactions with them over two months, and both went horribly wrong, because they don't even bother to read your emails. If anything goes wrong, they will blame you, using ridiculous logic. I bought a $500 cable off them, which got damaged. So I sent it in for repairs, and then Ken Ball, owner of ALO/32 OHM, accused me of sending them DIY cable (even though their logo was stamped all over it). In the same email, they had a tracking number of the cable going back to me. Ridiculously rude. When I explained to him, he then refused to repair it, telling me it is a 'bottom line' business decision... even when I offered to pay. He said repairing it would cost them over the price of the cable (over $500!?). Which is a RIDICULOUS lie. All they had to do was re-terminate it and add connectors - one hour of work MAX. This is my second horrible experience with ALO/32 OHM. The thing is, if I owned a business, I would want my products to be USED. What are they making these cables for? They're meant to be USED. In my opinion Ken Ball showed a total lack of respect and ethics for his customers.
