Almost Family

They would not even consider hiring me because I had a felony conviction over 10 years ago. I explained the circumstances of that charge and how I have not been in any trouble since then, however they simple told me “we don’t hire people like you”.

Pay your contracted employees!! I worked previously for company as an STNA.

I came back as an RN for a second job. Worst Mistake!! I worked in March and April was never paid. Refused to work until I was paid for the hours.

In May still was never paid so I quit. Now it is October and still haven't been paid!! Called several people including the "director of payroll" or so I was told.

He never returned my call either. Do yourself a favor go to a job that pays their employees for the hours they put in.

I was mistreated by Site management & instead of firing them they tried to fire me.I worked 3 yrs and I quit bcz they treat ttheir employees horrible. They give No raises, No benefits, No advancement opportunity.

I have contacted this company 4 times, they always said they would return our call but never did. They came out to evaluate me when I had just returned from the hospital but said they had to come back and re evaluate me after I went to the hospital and nursing home again.

They never did come back even after they set two appointments. They also would put us on hold for a long time.

What kind of a company to help seniors is this.

Poor it appears. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for help with a loved one.

Very poor company to work for.Short on hours.Office people said they would make them lost hours up.(Never Did)No raises at all were given.People who had family memember working there were all favored with all the hours.Office staff rude.Other co workers getting away with not doing their jobs.Corperate office is just as bad.Called office 4xs asking about my W2s(which i haven't gotten a call back,nor my W2's yet.)WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

I have worked for Quality of Life/Almost family for over 20 yrs. The new administrator, Cheryl Bradford has treated me very unprofessionally.

without notice, she stopped giving me patients. She failed to return calls or explain why she stopped giving me patients. I rely on the referrals to pay my bills and this sudden situation had significantly affected my livelihood. I turned down offers from other agencies as we have had a loyal relationship.

As per my contract, I was given no notice. Attempts to contact the corporate offices went unreturned. Mr. Yarmuth (CEO) and Mr.

Sutton (V.P. HR) have ignored my requests to speak with them.
