It's defective..wonts twist up to expose more liner crayon...useless if it doesn't twist up..would like it replaced

No complaints, just wondering how to sharpen All Day Intense Gel Eyeliner? The pkg says easy to sharpen...how?? A paring knife breaks it, an eyeliner pencil sharpener doesn't sharpen it. What then? Thanks, Patrice
