Issue with car not resolved
- - Car brought in January; repair deemed not to fix prior owner damage.
- - Mileage rose from 66,747 in service to 68,232 at pickup; no callback.
Ibrought my car in for repairs in Jan the deemed that they were not going to fix the previous owners damage however upon my car supposedly sitting at the dealership someone was driving my car as if it was their own personal car I checked in service at 66,747 upon pickup mar 7 my milage was at 68,232 so receipts show that at 215 am someone was driving my car at 630 they were at waffle House all of which is not Kool with me I reported this to sales no call back and Nick mgr no call back or an explanation

DEALERSHIP FRAUD/UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES
- - Vehicle from out of country with hidden Canadian history and rusted underbody.
- - Dealer allegedly provided fake Carfax and posed a safety risk.

**ALM -Marietta/Marietta Luxury Motors attorney is a lawyer for the state of Georgia so if they get over on you they will temporarily win**
ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS sold me a vehicle without my knowledge of it being from out the country and hid that it was a previous Canadian vehicle which would explain why the vehicle had a severely rusted underbody which put my life and family and clients life in great danger this is apart of BBB service to the community to provide information to the public for the safety of consumers.I have provided documentation from reputable technicians of the condition of the vehicle along with photos.
I not only was at risk of a severe accident I lost my deposit and business income and am still losing income till this day all because ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS put money over the safety of consumer as long as ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS can patch up a car and hide important documents of the vehicles REAL actual history they will keep selling these dangerous cars putting the public in great danger.I came to BBB first before I bought the vehicle in 2021 and if BBB would have documented for the public what ALM/MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS does to deceive and endanger the public I would have never went to the dealership. I will ask again that BBB investigates this case as of now that company is using money and Attorney who works for the State of Georgia to get away with dealership fraud.
if you look up the case and complaints with Better Business Bureau you'll see alot of shady practices hopefully you see this before you go and just remember to pass them up cause they are crooks.
I wasn't able to have a fair trial because I didn't have a lawyer to go against ALM Marietta Luxury Motors lawyer who works for the State of Georgia as a attorney.
DONT LET THEM LIE TO YOU..I regret not going with a JUNKYARD would have been better.
I am very confident I'll get justice for what ALM Marietta Luxury Motors and its affiliates did to me because I serve who they don't serve and yes the Most High God of Abraham Issac and Yacob has the last say.
