KIA has been in the service department for 1year and 3 months
My 2016 KIA Sorento has been in the dealership for 1 year and 2 months. They have given us nothing but the runaround and several lies. They said they could not provide a loaner and charged us for 15 days of the rental car the provided in their dealership. Our warranty paid for 13 days but to no avail. We are done with KIA and Hyundai forever. KIA does not honor their work or their word.
User's recommendation: Don’t purchase from KIA ALM and Don’t purchase Kia’s or Hyundai Please read the reviews and do your research.
