Poor service, lack of professionalism
The Ally Waste website claims that the valets are uniformed and punctual. In a year and a half I have not observed either and most of the time, the valets that serve my building are stoned out of their minds and skip entre floors, and leave bags in cans or leave broken down boxes. We pay plenty well for the service and I am tired of poor service.

The absolutely worst ever & the 2 mangers R such liars never gives a satisfaction answer 2 anything!!!!
Pick trash up whenever its convenient for them & then tells u that ur apartment complex has high crime rate !!! Lmao I been here 4 yrs & never ever seen R heard of any crime ( if so ally waste why dont u all just get out of contract!?

I have place a camera on my door just for you guys !!! Best believe I wont stop until I get satisfaction & I gonna tell it like I receive it !!!

Worse valet company ever
If i could give it a zero i would. This is the worse valet trash services ever.
They have failed to pick up my trash 6 different times. Everytime i call the corporate office number, i always talk to the same manager of the Dallas area. She always has an excuse and never tries to be apart of the solution on why my trash is not picked up. The manager of the valet crew she just wants to argue with me over my trash, over talk me, yell and act ghetto on the phone.
She claims she tags my door but she doesn't. She can never provide proof of valet coming by when i did call to complain. Ally valet waste service offers poor service and poor customer service especially coming from the female Dalla. manager.
My whole complex complains on them. Stay far away from this company unless you want to dumb your own trash and still pay for it.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
