App, AI COOL has a Chinese tracking bug! This is the $40 a month interface app but with no volume control.

Misrepresented product. To functional a $39.99 a month subscription is required.

Disclosure only after receiving and trying to active.

Several emails, Canadian seller with Chinese product. USELESS!

Sent an inferior Chinese headphones that only work paired to a phone, and requires a $39.99 monthly fee to operate, which was never disclosed until after purchase. Extremely difficult to deal with Ellie!
