POOR QUALITY REFUSAL TO REFUND CANCELLED ORDER

***STAY AWAY FROM ALLUREZ JEWELERS*** ALLUREZ JEWELERS HAVE ITEMS THAT ARE MAGNIFIED AND ARE SMALLER THAN REPRESENTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. AFTER RECEIVING OUR FIRST ORDER IN DEC, 2017 WE DISCOVERED THE ITEMS WERE TINY AND CANCELLED A SECOND, BACKORDERED ITEM. ALLUREZ DOES SOME UNACCEPTABLE BILLING. MOST COMPANIES BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD AT TIME OF SHIPMENT. NOT ALLUEZ THEY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE MOMENT OF PLACING THE ORDER EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM WOULDN'T SHIP FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. SO A CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY INTEREST ON A PURCHASE NOT YET RECEIVED, (AND NO IT WASN'T A CUSTOMER ORDER). WHEN WE ATTEMPTED TO CANCELL THE BACKORDERED ITEM ALLUREZ CAME UP WITH A COCKAMAMIE POLICY THAT A CUSTOMER ONLY HAS 24 HOURS TO CANCEL THEIR ORDER, WTH??? ALLUREZ REFUSED TO PROCESS OUR ORDER CANCELLATION AND ISSUE A REFUND, (OF AN ITEM NOT YET RECEIVED). WE FINALLY DISPUTED ALLUREZ' CHAGE WITH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO ISSUED A FULL REFUND AND PUT ALLUREZ ON NOTICE ABOUT THEIR QUESTIONABLE BILLING AND REFUND PRACTICES. ***STAY AWAY FROM ALLUREZ JEWELERS***
