CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

This is an online optical company. I thought I would use them to save a few bucks on some designer RX glasses...however the customer service sucks!! I have called & emailed many times and have been pushed into Janets voicemail and have received no follow-up. Good prices, bad service!!
